ind62 Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used in this agreement, shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to ind62 and participation in any betting or gaming activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the platform. ind62 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member is under 21, that Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not be acting under any form of guardianship, curatorship, or legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) active Account on ind62. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, either voluntary or mandatory, on the ind62 platform or any related platform operated by ind62.
6. Not an Employee: ind62 employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to open or maintain a Member account or to participate in any promotional offer.

To access ind62's full range of products, you must register a Member Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. The following conditions apply to all Member Accounts:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), a valid Indonesian mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You agree to keep all registration information current and promptly update your Account profile if any details change.

3.2 Password Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ind62 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Indonesian mobile number. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode with any third party. ind62 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account suspension.

3.4 One Account Per Member

Each individual may maintain no more than one active Account on ind62. If duplicate accounts are identified — including accounts registered under different email addresses or mobile numbers but belonging to the same natural person — ind62 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any bonus funds, and, at its discretion, retain or return real-money balances in accordance with the circumstances of the duplication.

ind62 operates a risk-based Know Your Customer programme consistent with responsible platform management and the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The following verification requirements apply:

4.1 Verification Triggers

ind62 may request identity and address verification documents at any of the following points: (a) when cumulative withdrawals from your Account reach or exceed Rp 5.000.000 in any 30-day period; (b) when your Account shows activity patterns that require enhanced due diligence; (c) at any time ind62 determines that verification is necessary for the security of the platform or its members.

4.2 Acceptable Documents

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga, or an official government correspondence, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits.

4.3 Verification Timeline

ind62 will use reasonable endeavours to complete verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. ind62 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to submit accurate documentation promptly.

4.4 Failure to Verify

If a Member fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within 14 calendar days of a formal request, ind62 reserves the right to suspend the Account, freeze the associated wallet balance, and — following an additional 30-day notice period — close the Account permanently. Refunds of genuine deposited funds (net of any bonus amounts) will be processed via the original deposit method to the extent technically possible.

All financial transactions on ind62 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment methods and processing parameters apply:

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the sending bank account or e-wallet differs from the ind62 Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where technically possible, or held pending investigation. ind62 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Member's name. ind62 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Processing times stated above are targets and may be subject to delays caused by banking system maintenance windows, KYC verification holds, or Force Majeure events.

5.4 Currency

ind62 does not apply any foreign-currency conversion to Member wallets. Your displayed balance is always in Indonesian Rupiah. There are no hidden conversion spreads or foreign exchange surcharges.

ind62 offers a range of promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, sportsbook cashback, free spins, and seasonal campaigns tied to cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page prior to opt-in. Members are encouraged to review these requirements before accepting any bonus offer. Bonuses with wagering requirements attached cannot be withdrawn until the turnover condition is met in full.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater, live casino table bets, and slots (excluding progressive jackpot titles) contribute 100% of the stake to the wagering turnover. Video poker, certain excluded slots, and combination wagers including legs at odds below 1.30 may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have a fully verified Account (where applicable), have not been flagged for any violation of these Terms, and who opt in to the promotion within the stated validity window. ind62 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its discretion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other activity inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

6.4 Abuse & Fraud

Using multiple accounts, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, or engaging in any form of matched betting or bonus arbitrage in connection with ind62 promotions constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ind62 reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or close the Account, and withhold the real-money balance pending investigation in cases where abuse is identified.

All wagers placed on the ind62 sportsbook, in-play betting module, casino, slots, and video poker products are subject to the game-specific rules published within each product area of the platform. The following general betting provisions apply across all products:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when you receive a confirmation message or a confirmed bet slip reference number. In cases of technical error, network disruption, or system failure, ind62 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted incorrectly or as a result of a manifest pricing error. A "manifest error" is defined as an odds quotation that is materially inconsistent with the prevailing market at the time of placement.

7.2 Mix Parlay

Mix parlay (Indonesia's popular multi-leg accumulator format) bets are available on the ind62 sportsbook. Each leg of a mix parlay must be from a different match or event. Minimum odds per leg, minimum and maximum number of legs, and payout caps applicable to mix parlay bets are stated in the sportsbook product rules. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining valid legs.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time during an active sporting event. ind62 may temporarily suspend in-play markets around key incidents such as goals, red cards, penalties, or injury breaks. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. In-play odds update continuously and the odds at the time of confirmation constitute the contractual price.

7.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per market category are published in the ind62 sportsbook rules and may be updated from time to time. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the excess amount will not be credited to your Account.

7.5 Slot Games

All slot titles available on ind62, including titles identified by the Indonesian community as slot gacor (high-RTP, frequently paying slots), use certified random number generation technology. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual gaming session. Jackpot win caps and maximum win multipliers for specific titles are stated within the game information panel accessible from the lobby.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ind62 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on ind62, including through the use of different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Using the platform to launder money, circumvent currency controls, or process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through software exploitation, bot usage, automated betting scripts, or reverse engineering of the platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino products.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party who has not consented to use of their account for ind62 transactions.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited without ind62's explicit written authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions against deposits made to ind62. Any Member initiating a chargeback will have their Account suspended and their balance held pending resolution.
• Harassment, threatening language, or abusive conduct directed at ind62 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Sharing Account access with third parties, or permitting another individual to operate your Account on your behalf.

ind62 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment notification from a Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• A Member's request for voluntary self-exclusion under ind62's Responsible Gaming programme.
• Regulatory obligation or order from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a Member's breach, ind62 may retain the Account balance in full. Where closure is initiated by the Member or by ind62 for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned via the Member's registered payment method within 7 business days of the closure date.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ind62 customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests submitted before the closure request will be honoured in the normal course.

All content on the ind62 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, source code, graphic designs, page layouts, written content, odds data, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of ind62 or its licensed content partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to Members.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ind62 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit scraping, data extraction, commercial use of odds data, redistribution of platform content, or creation of derivative works based on any ind62 intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ind62's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ind62 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
• Loss of or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, telecommunications failure, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses caused by a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials.
• Losses caused by the actions of third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

ind62 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ind62.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to ind62 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ind62 implements 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 across all data transmissions. Member financial data is stored using industry-standard security controls and is never shared with unauthorised third parties. ind62 may share data with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners as necessary to deliver platform services.

ind62 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. ind62 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Indonesian Rupiah. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen alerts that notify you of elapsed session time at intervals of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ind62 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months and will result in your Account being closed and all marketing communications ceasing immediately.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic prompts displaying your net profit/loss position for the current session, helping you maintain awareness of your gambling activity.

ind62 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ind62 will provide notice by email to the address registered on your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ind62 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 9.1 prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction of ind62's operating entity.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ind62, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance. Members should submit a formal complaint by contacting ind62 support at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". ind62 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If the matter cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint submission, either party may refer the dispute to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
